The offer and sale of products you find on the website store.ki6collection.eu are regulated by the General conditions of sale which are contained in the following articles.
1.1 Spazio Sei s.r.l. (with headquartered in Via Nuova Ponente 40 A/B - 41012 Carpi (MO), Italy VAT nr. IT02138620360) hereafter referred to as "Seller", develops its activities of e-commerce sales through the on-line site store.ki6collection.eu, hereafter referred to as "e-commerce", and refers directly to end users who are the "Consumers".
1.2 We define "Consumer": any individual who is of legal age and purchases goods from the site store.ki6collection.eu for non-commercial, business, resale and/or rental. If the definition of "Consumer" is not respected, please do not transact business through e-commerce. The buyer declares under his or her own responsibility to be a ‘Consumer’ as defined above.
1.3 The Seller may make changes or amendments to these "General conditions of sale" at any time.
1.4 Therefore the Consumer is always requested to accept the "General conditions of sale" at the time of purchase.
2. How to conclude the contract with the Seller
2.1 To conclude the purchase of one or more products on store.ki6collection.eu, you must fill out the order form and send it by electronic format to the Seller, via computer, following the relevant instructions.
2.2 The order form contains a link to the General Conditions of Sale, and a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and their relative prices (including all applicable fees and taxes), means of payment that can be used to purchase each product and the method of delivery of purchased products, forwarding costs and delivery, a reference to the conditions to exercise your right of withdrawal from the purchase contract and how and when to return purchased products.
2.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order form via computer and has verified the correctness of the data relating to your order.
2.4 Before purchasing the products, by transmitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General conditions of sale and the Information on the right of withdrawal, to print a copy using the print command and to save or reproduce a copy for your personal use.
2.5 The order form will be filed in our database for the period of time necessary to process your order and according to terms stipulated by the law.
2.6 Languages available to conclude the contract with the Seller are Italian and English.
2.7 Once the contract is concluded, Spazio Sei s.r.l. will take charge of your purchase order.
2.8 The Seller cannot process purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect or where products are unavailable.
In these cases we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons.
With the transmission of the order form via computer, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe these General conditions of sale in dealings with the Seller.
2.10 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller shall send you a receipt of the purchase order by e-mail, containing a summary of the information contained in the order form (the General Conditions of Sale, Information on the right of withdrawal, the information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and a detailed indication of the price, payment methods and forwarding costs).
3.1 Product Card: each product is represented by a photograph and is accompanied by a "Product Card" which contains:
a) general description.
b) Colors and sizes available, or potentially purchasable.
3.1.1 General Description: This is a brief description that highlights some features of the product. Creative terms can also be used which do not necessarily relate directly to the product. The compositions, or rather the percentages referring to the fabrics and materials, are those given on the labels of products for sale.
3.1.2 Colors and sizes: the colors and sizes available are given for purely descriptive purposes. The color that describes the availability of the product should not be considered true to life as it depends on technical factors, such as the resolution of the customer’s computer, the difficulty to reproduce the material with which it is made, etc.
3.1.3 Price:the price listed in the product card and in the "catalog", is the retail price including VAT, excluding transport costs, customs duties and charges relating to the country of origin of the customer and / or destination of the goods (VAT is not included for all Extra-CEE countries). Spazio Sei s.r.l. reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notice. The “Order Confirmation” will specify the prices valid at the time and charged to the customer.
3.1.4 Photos: although the photos are taken with care, it is possible that the photograph does not accurately represent the product. As a result, Spazio Sei s.r.l. will not be responsible for any inadequacy of graphical representations of the products shown on e-commerce. The photo is to be considered only as an example. The potentially saleable product will be photographed in one color.
3.2 Product Selection and construction of the shopping cart: product selection is carried out by choosing the color, size and clicking on the key "Add to Cart". The "Shopping Cart" may contain one or more products and may be modified at any time before the "Order Confirmation". Adding to the cart can be done both from the catalog and subsequently from the product card.
3.3 Confirmation of the order: the order can be confirmed after the acceptance of the "General conditions of sale" and the inclusion of information that is essential for the process and delivery of the goods listed in the "Order Confirmation" or rather the list of products contained in the cart, including forwarding costs.
3.4 Method of payment: the methods of payment available on e-commerce is by PayPal and Credit Card. The financial information (for example, the number of credit / debit card or its expiry date) will be sent, by encrypted protocol, to the ‘Sella Bank’. Moreover, this information will never be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures relating to the purchase of the Customer and to issue refunds in the event of any return of goods, as a result of your right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report e-commerce fraud to the Police.
3.5 Order of acceptance: the Seller reserves the right to refuse the order if the Customer has not complied with the purchasing procedure, if he has not accepted the General conditions of sale or if he is unable to furnish all the information required for forwarding and invoicing. Furthermore, if the payment is not successful, or rather, if the bank has not given authorization to charge the Customer’s credit card. The total amount includes the sum of sales prices and transport costs, depending on the mode of delivery selected by the Customer, and / or present on e-commerce. The order may be rejected by the Seller, if there are disputes between Spazio Sei s.r.l. and the Client and for any other legitimate reason
3.6 The Customer accepts his order by sending the Order Confirmation, as per article 2.3, to the Seller via computer.
The Order Confirmation is proof of acceptance by the Customer, including the General Conditions of Sale.
3.7 The Order Confirmation will be stored in our database for the period of time required to process our order and according to the terms stipulated by law.
3.8 The languages available to conclude the contract with the Seller are Italian and English.
4. Taking charge of the order and product availability
4.1 Once the contract is concluded, Spazio Sei s.r.l. will take charge of your purchase order.
4.2 Product Availability: If the products displayed on e-commerce are no longer available for sale at the last time of access to e-commerce, or at the time of the order confirmation, the Seller will notify you promptly and in any event within thirty (30) days starting from the day after you sent your order to the Seller concerning the unavailability of products ordered. In the case of forwarding the order confirmation and payment of the order, the Seller will refund the amount paid by the Customer.
4.3 With the transmission of the Order Confirmation, the customer must be aware of and accept the General conditions of sale and additional information included regarding the delivery times in derogation from Article. 61, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree no. February 21, 2014, n. 21, the right of withdrawal, the essential characteristics of the product and the details of the price, means of payment and delivery costs.
4.4 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller shall submit a receipt of purchase to the Customer by e-mail, containing a summary of the information contained in the Order Confirmation (the General Conditions of Sale, Information on the right of withdrawal, the information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of the price, payment methods and forwarding costs).
4.5 By derogation from Article. 61, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree February 21, 2014, n. 21 Spazio Sei Srl is committed to deliver the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract to the carrier, excluding therefore any and all liability of the seller for delays attributable to the carrier and / or clearance times of goods.
5. Guarantees of products
5.1 All products are provided with an identification tag. The Customer must not remove the tag from the purchased goods, as it is an integral part of them.
5.2 Should you wish to exercise your withdrawal rights and send back the goods, the Seller has the right not to accept the returned products if they are without the corresponding tag or have been altered from their original status or have been damaged.

7. Right of withdrawal and return procedure
7.1 The Customer has the right to terminate its contract with the Seller, without any penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) working days starting from the date of receipt of goods purchased on e-commerce. On the other hand, it is not possible to exchange the selected product with another one. The Seller can make an exception to this rule if he decides to accept the Customer’s request for an exchange.
7.2 The Customer must send an email to email@example.com and follow the instructions in this "General conditions of sale" contract and the section "Return" and "Customer Assistance". In the e-mail the Customer must indicate the model, article, size and quantity he wishes to return.
7.3 The only costs that the Customer has to bear are those to return the products purchased.
7.4 Right of withdrawal - besides compliance with the terms and conditions described in previous paragraphs – this right is exercised properly if the following conditions are fully met:
a) the products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged;
b) the identification tag must still be attached to products.
c) the products must be returned in their original packaging
d) the returned products must be returned to the Seller in a single shipment
e) return items must be delivered to the carrier within ten (10) working days from the date you received the products.
7.5 If the Right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the procedures and time limits specified in this paragraph, the Seller shall refund any amounts paid for the purchase of products.
7.6 The money will be refunded to the Customer in the shortest possible time and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days from the date in which the Seller is aware of the Customer’s right of withdrawal. As stated in article 8, the Seller will activate the procedures to refund repayment, once the correct execution of the terms and conditions set out in these general conditions of sale have been verified.
7.7 If the rights of withdrawal have not complied with the procedures and terms, as specified in this paragraph, the Customer will not be entitled to the reimbursement of sums already paid to the Seller or to the issue of credit ; however, the Customer, at his expense, will regain the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
8.1 Shipping time: In derogation from Article. 61, paragraph 1, the customer declares informed and aware that shipping times are not dependent on Spazio Sei Srl but the method of shipping chosen by the customer during the construction of the Order and by the shipper which will be sent with the goods purchased. Generally, the delivery occurs within three (3) working days in Italy and within seven (7) days outside Italy. Subject to unforeseen and clearance times. The Seller, however, is not responsible for the timing of actual delivery times other than those listed even if put in place all necessary actions for their respect.
8.2 Shipment costs: shipment costs are at the expense of the Customer and are part of the total sum stated in the Order Confirmation. Shipment costs are indicated in the Order Confirmation and depend on factors such as the weight and volume of goods.
9. Times and procedures for reimbursement
9.1 After receiving returned products, the Seller shall check they conform to the stipulations mentioned previously. In the event that the checks are successfully concluded, the Seller will send the customer the confirmation of acceptance of returned products by e-mail.
9.2 Whatever the mode of payment used by the Customer, the reimbursement is activated by the Seller in the shortest time possible and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date in which the Seller is aware you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal after checking the correct execution of the Customers’s right of withdrawal and acceptance of the returned products. The practitioner may, however, withhold the reimbursement until he has received the goods, or the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever situation occurs first.
9.3 If there is a discrepancy between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and who made the payment of due sums for their purchase, the refund, should the customer wish to exercise his right of withdrawal, will be performed by the Seller and in any case to who carried out the payment.
10. Disputes and Jurisdiction
10.1 These General conditions are governed by Italian law and will be interpreted according to it, including the Legislative Decree N. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), with particular reference to Title III [Part III], Chapter I, Section II of that code as well as Legislative Decree No 70 9 April 2003 (legislation on electronic commerce).
10.2 In case of dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Modena section of Carpi.
